The Genesis
CreativeIdeas IT Solution launched as a lean three-person dev studio, shipping production web applications for local startups from day one. That early discipline — fast iteration, direct ownership of outcomes — became the engineering culture that still defines us.
Enterprise Scale
Off the back of a high-throughput enterprise API gateway built on .NET, we stood up a dedicated .NET practice. It proved we could operate at enterprise-grade reliability and throughput, not just startup speed.
Talent Pipeline
We opened our internship program to train the next generation of engineers, putting 100+ students through real, client-facing projects in year one. Mentorship became core to how we deliver — not a side initiative.
Intelligence Division
A first NLP-powered support system and automated analytics deployment proved AI could cut real operational cost, so we launched a dedicated AI & Automation division to build more. It marked our shift from writing software to engineering intelligence.
Into the Physical World
